Club Rules November 2010

The objects for which the club is formed are to promote the sport of sailing, to facilitate community participation in the sport of sailing and to provide social and other facilities for members as may be from time to time determined.

WSC Membership subscription invoice

Membership subscriptions fall due on 1st January 2016. To contain costs, no further reminder will be sent. In the event of no appropriate payment being received by 1st April 2016 it will be assumed that you have allowed your membership to lapse (See club rules 6b and 6c). Club moorings are allocated on a First come first served basis.

Child Protection Policy and Procedure

It is the policy of Witham Sailing Club to safeguard children and young people taking part in sailing from physical, sexual or emotional harm. Witham Sailing Club will take all reasonable steps to ensure that, through appropriate procedures, children taking part in WSC activities do so in a safe environment.”

Health & Safety Policy

Witham Sailing Club attaches great importance to the health and safety of its members and all members of the public using facilities provided by us. To this end the organisation aims to ensure that all activities carried out or undertaken by its members in relation to the work of the organisation, are managed in such a manner to avoid, reduce or control all foreseeable risks to the health and safety of any person(s) who may be affected by such activities to a tolerable level.
